Another great one is Dave's Ginger Peach Hot sauce(usual disclaimers, etc) This
is a wonderful hot sauce, just great for newbies(I aint) and is has a sorta
Asian flavor, that is perfect on chicken, if you are having "other folk " for
dinner, lunch, or supper, and do not want to destroy their taste buds in one fell
swoop! It is sweet enough to be enjoyable to those with a seet tooth, and hot
enough to be tasty for C-H folk, but not too hot for the neophite....to coin a
