Thought I'd Say Howdy to Doug (in BC), Calvin(remind me to order more!),
Fire-Girl for being her lovable, crasy(crazy) sell( Great info!!!!), Etc....
I am back to bug y'all!
BTW: I have only about 12-15 plants doing their thing now. all have litlle
fur-lined Jockstraps on! Got down to 27-28F here in Brandon ( Florida,
Doug!). I put plastic sheets around the porch area, then hung a 60W bulb
about 1-2ft above the plants, in hopes they would survive. They did!. Hope
all others down this wayfared as well.
I brught back some pepper seeds by: McKenzie....OHO! Doug! They are outa
Brandon,MB, R7A 6E1......Got Sweet Banana,SelectPepper, Super Chili Hybrid.
Planted "jingle Bells"- Red & green miniture Sweet bells on same plant ( so
they say. Also Long Italian Red Peppers (????).
Wallyworld has good supply of seeds. I picked up Cubanelles, Long thin
Cayenne,Habs [ worries me when picture they show is of GREEN habs "
Extremely Pungent", all from Better Homes & Gardens.
So tell me... I have three plants that have similar[but different] fruits.
One has long [slimmer fruit] think serrano., Then, same leave style, more or
or less, then fatter and a tad shorter fruit, but not japs., then short, fat
fruit, [still not jap ] same shape, all turn bright red straight from
green.. Sharpe taste. Better than japs, not as hot as Thais.
