I had quite a few Habs I had halved before freezing that I smoked this
year.  I put them in the smoker frozen and they came out great!  I use the
ubiquitous Brinkman Smoke 'm Grill however, I attached stainless steel
screen to the grills to keep the Chiles from falling through.
