Dear Chilehead Food Manufacturers:

I looking for manufacturers of hot and spicy products who would be
willing to tell me their experiences (both good and/or bad) using the
foodservice channel (restaurants, schools, prisions, airlines, hotels,
etc.) vs. the grocery channel to sell their product. The information
will be used for an article I'm writing - exploring foodservice as a
possible venue for selling hot and spicy products - for a major
magazine. Please email privately for more information or to relate
