[CH] Aphid Exorcism

Hello everyone,
This is my first year wintering plants (Hab & Pequin) under a grow light and
I seem to have run into a small aphid issue. I've tried washing the plants
off and also using an insecticidal soap like Safer but usually within a week
or two the stubborn little buggers are back on some different part of the
plant.
I think I have to deal with two issues here, first being getting the plants
clean of bugs and second would probably be to disinfect the little grow
closet in my basement. Does anyone have any good methods or suggestions as
how to go about doing this?
