Unfortunately it seems that many people (not just on this list) are not
adept enough to figure out how to delete the useless parts of the original
message when responding.

Probably to add bulk.  Like cereal fillers.

P.S. Chile content:  Finally started using up some of the 2+ years old
home-canned tomatillos (with Serranos and/or Jalapen~os) this evening.  Pork
in green chile.  Won't eat it 'till Saturday.  I use it as the base filling
for enchilladas.  Also am soaking enough pods for about 2 liters of red.
And of course the ceviche with the rocotos.
