I have been a subscriber for about 3 years, I guess that I don't
remember the "Glory Days" whenever they were. I like the magazine and
keep my issues in the kitchen to read while I am cooking (often you
get those 10-15 minutes breaks) I particularly enjoyed the articles
on the Cajun area in the last issue and even liked the article on
fried turkey recently (although off topic). Having been asked to cook
in a chili cookoff, I immediately checked my issues of CP mag for
help. The recipe I came up with was inspired by their suggestions.
Sure I wish it were bigger and had more chile info but I take what I
can get. I also use those ads to find chile stuff and have ordered
from CP mag advertisers.
