[CH] no-heat habs

My original posting to find these was for a friend,
He ate a meal at a Mexican place, picked up a piece of steel
in his bowel, Mexican place has filled for bankruptcy, so he can't sue.
He works in construction, where you are lucky to have some
insurance if your are hurt on the job (They cover 50 to 75%
medical but no lost wages)
Between medical and lost wages, he needs to come up with
about $45,000.
He loved habs, but now anything hotter than black pepper puts
him on the pot for a day, and to the point of having bloody stools
Didn't really want to go into this much detail,
Just wanted to try to help a friend.
