The problem around here is finding a stupormarket that even knows what a
hot pepper *is*!  I've got four major supermarket chains in my town, with
five other chains within a ten-minute drive.  Only three of them carry
anything other than jalapenos and cornos, and only one of them keeps the
stock fresh (the others sell the damn things until they're wrinkled and
growing mold.)

Job lot stores are great sources of hot sauces and tinned peppers.  I
always seem to find a sack full o' goodies there. :-)
