Many people are unaware that there are over 39 official languages in
India------actually 13 are printed on the Rupee.  English is the common
denominator.  Most Indians speak ---- shall I say proper English......wish I
were so well educated and articulate.  There are more PHD in India among the
educated than in the US.

Trivia:  Where is there 100% literacy rate????????????  Yes!  Kerela.....
