Hi All....when I marinate a chicken which we always do, it goes into a plastic
bag, sealed, with whatever marinade I decide is the one for that particular bird,
most often, ginger wine, garlic, ginger, chile and onion, and then a bath of soy
sauce and sesame oil, and it marinates for up to 24 hours....then into the
convection oven with the old wit....(wrong list)young chick! Cheers, Doug in
