BTW, did you ever try Dave's Insanity Hot Sauce?  It is one dangerous
sauce, my favorite of Dave's Gourmet is his Hurtin Habanero sauce,
very nice flavor but not too much heat, good for all kinds of food
where you want to add heat without overpowering, Melinda's is another
good one. :-)
