I have a jar of Ass Kickin mustard in the fridge too, it has the
perfect blend of heat and flavor.  I like Peppers they have an awesome
collection of hot sauces in there catalog.  The StarBoard restaurant
right next store to them has 100's of bottles of hot sauce lining the
dining room walls.
