Pehaps us Ozzies could send you some care packages.:)
you might be able to grow Cardamon if your climate is warm enough
the leaves have a delightful fragrance and can be used to serve food on or
for flavouring water then used in cooking.
we do not get many flowers here but in the DEEP NORTH of Australia ie
Bundaberg and above it flowers profusely
Here fenugreek is often sold as  a"sprouting" seed in health food shops and
some nurseries.
