Cheddar cheese makes my face and head sweat.  I asked my doctor about
this several years ago, thinking it might be allergy related. 
Fortunately not, it is only a "salivation reflex."  Since I know I can
begin to perspire slightly just talking and thinking about chilies, I
know 'tis true.  The response appears to be partly Pavlovian
perspiration.
