I think I read a post here concerning someone not being able to find the
Colonels wife's recipes and I thought I'd pass this on.  The site has them
alphabetically listed.  The recipes are traditional Issan food and are
different from Bangkok and other areas.  Remembering that Thailand is the same
length as Seattle to San Diego the regional cuisine are quite different and
thus each wonderful.  The snack foods of Issan are the best and quite HOT!
