[CH] Rosemary Uses

About 4-5 years ago I planted 2 Rosemary plants 2" pots as I recall and
believe it or not both of them are now 3' tall and about 3-4' long. I
live in Florida and the sandy soil is no prize, but I won't knock
success. Anybody have any interesting uses for this Herb? I talked to
someone the other day who chops up fresh Habeneros and adds Rosemary and
oil. Let's it sit for a period of time strains and filters, sounds good
to me. Anyone have another idea?
I'm a Chile Head but prefer more flavorful Chiles than very very hot,
haven't grown too many but with half time retirement after the first of
the year I will plant more. I'd be interested in anyones suggestions as
to what 6 pepper plants they would plant if space were extremely
limited? If anyone out there loves Rosemary feel free to propose a swap.
One last question, is it possible to have spell check on E-Mail? I'm
tired of the critisism I've received as a result of my p poor spelling.
