Errrrrmmmmm.... Mark, I think what you have here are Anaheim or NuMex
or something similar. All my cayennes are thin walled.

But, yeah, you can smoke most any chile. I smoked some Hungarian Wax
last summer and they worked really well... even if I did use Rose of
Sharon trimming for the smoke.  <GGG>
