[CH] Smokey Black Beans

Well, kids. I had to try the recipe that Dave posted awhile back....but
I had to change it, that being my nature!So, I had two fresh tomatoes
lying around looking sad, so skinned them, deseeded them, chopped them
up. and into the black beans they went(actually, it was three 19oz cans)
plus 1 tsp of Jim C's(the elder)smoked Hab powder, the one he has marked
, caution, Extremely hot!!!, and he means it, for anyone who has not
tried it...think he made it in a 4 alarm conflagration! Anyway, the
ensuing pot of beans was so good, that the two of us just about killed
it all in one sitting! Thanks, Dave S, for the original post, and Thanks
Jim C(elder) for the hot smoked hab powder! BTW, how many rigs DID get
to that fire? Cheers, Doug in BC....Oh and I forgot to add the two
cloves of garlic minced!!! Absolutely essential!
