Cameron Are pH papers with a 0.1 increment available to the average person ? The wine pH papers have too wide a gap for a good interpretation Most veggies need to be a pH of 6.5 + or - 0.5 MAX If I could find "The Meter" that worked I would prefer it, as it is a lot less time consuming. Byron
