Hi All,

This thread started at an appropriate time for me.
I saw in our local "Wharehouse" store. A ph meter for NZ$12. 
I looked and thought! "Not accurate but maybe good for a rough guide".
>From the opinions of the list, I think I will keep my 12 bucks in my
pocket and let the plants tell me if the soil is in good condition or
not.

Daylight saving finished, cooler nights. Lots of peppers to pick and
lots of fish off the beach.
