[CH] Bursitis

Well, all, on a completely diferent subject, about two weeks ago I came
down with an inflamed bursa in the left shoulder....perhaps my ph got
outta wack....anyway after putting up(sorta)with this for that long, I
suddenly remember my Capsaicin topical analgesic cream
and decided to give that a try(warning, wear a glove or suffer Hunan
hand)Well, I slathered it on the whole shoulder,twice a day for about a
week, and it may be all in my head, but it aint in my shoulder anymore,
which is the important thing....not a medical recommend, nor do I have
anything to do with the outfit that sells it, which is Equate, which is
a WalMart do I think, at least that is where I obtained it. Also, Rael,
I do not suggest this as a massage cream!!! It sure do heat up the
affected part, however, and it worked, more importantly. I seem to
remember this being discussed last year, or the year before, but I did
not buy it until a few months ago, for my better half, who has a touch
of arthritis in one wrist. No affiliation, etc etc, just one really
