First off, the Yatsafusa seeds and Rosemary's Louisiana Cayenne have
both germinated within 7 days. I have first leaves. Yeah!! I also
noticed that a Bolivian Rainbow seed is about to make its way so I'll be
seeing it tomorrow. Yeah. I'm getting all excited.

Second, when I made the potato casserole tonight (to go with the fish
for Passover), I put some ancho powder in and it gave a very nice zing
to the casserole. My hubby (not a CH) didn't complain.

Third, I roasted some chiles today. Noticed that the yellow chiles
(still don't know what they are called) were just about to start going
bad so I roasted them. I made some vinegar with a couple of them and
froze the rest. I found some Anaheims at the supermarket yesterday
(Friedas) and I roasted those too. I found Frieda's dried Anaheim's too.
So now I have dried and frozen anaheims. Don't have to deal with those
tiny cans from Ortega anymore. Yeah.
