Hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils are used to extend the shelf
life of foods.
They are supposed to be a worse type of fat than non-hydrogenated oils. The
easy way to tell the difference is hydrogenated will be more of a solid
(stable) at room temperature. Non-hydrogenated will be liquid.

Most of my seedlings are on their first set of true leaves, pushing for
their second set.
I'm ready to move them from the plastic starter cells to bigger containers.
