Thanks, Calvin!  Even we experienced CHs sometimes forget.  I gave my
boyfriend an intense case of Hunan Eye last weekend when he asked me for a
cutting board to cut something quickly and I gave him the one I had just
used to stem and seed habs for jerk sauce.  The poor, unsuspecting guy then
tried to put his contact lenses in.  Even after a "regular" hand washing, he
got it badly.

FWIW, This has happened to me before (and now him) and the lenses have been
salvageable.  After being disinfectected, they were fine on both occasions.
