If you're really, really, into chiles, you're always taking a chance when
you buy a commercial preparation that says "extra hot."   I don't even think
Melinda's XXXtra Hot habanero sauce is all THAT firey and it's her hottest
concoction.

capsaicin oleoresin...not bad, BTW, but kinda metallic from the container.)
