I love it, reminds me of what the blues singer had written on hid
gravestone.

Re: Emeril, he is OK in my book. The only people who will buy his
spices prepacked are the sam ones who are groupies at his show and
will dress up in "Bam" and "Pork Fat Rules" shirts. Don't we all
live by pork fat rules now? I have most of his cookbooks except the
TV Dinner one (why bother, I just pick the recipes off the website
that I like)

Chile Pequins: I picked up a quart of pickled chile pequins at my
local Giant supermarket for $4.19. I have not tried them because a
quart is a lot for me and I have a couple of friends at church who
may want to share. Anyone have any experience with these? Any
suggestions for use?

Risa G: Wegmans in Allentown has Buffalo Chipotle for $.95, Want
some??? If you get a couple, it might be worth the shipping, could
also get you some chipotles in adobo too.
