I have seen him in "action" but only when he is giving his "look alive,
people!"
speech to the wait and kitchen staff at the begining of the evening. It was
amazing! a cross between a New age harmony circle and a football pep rally.
Who cares. It worked! The staff were cheerful, pleasant, there when needed
and
<most important> knew when to leave us alone. a rare mix in my experience.
