Dear Native Southern New Mexicans:
In celebration of Las Cruces' 150th anniversary, I'm putting together a
cookbook - Heirloom Recipes from Mesilla Valley. I'm searching for
heirloom (or other) recipes that native southern New Mexicans would be
willing to donate. In addition to the recipe, I'd like the donor to
include his/her name, the origin or (brief) story of the recipe, and
phone number (for questions). Could you please spread the word? Feel
