George, I think you have come up with a way to make grits actually edible!

[Put yer flamethrowers away, folks...the only way I like ANY kind of cooked
cereal - grits, corn meal mush/polenta, cream of wheat, etc - is if it's
been set hard in a pan, then sliced and fried.  Or grilled.]
