Where IS this global warming they've been warning us about?

I planted my pepper and tomato seedlings about a month ago, after two weeks
of 80 degree temperatures.  Two days later it snowed.  And I'm also in
southern California.  Lost about half the crop, ALL my habs.  Nursery dude
warned me not to plant until mid-April, but figured after last winter, we're
due for an early spring, right?  WRONG.

Yesterday it rained so hard and was so cold, and dang, this is almost the
first of May.

Come on global warming!
