Also, some people don't like seeds - they sometimes have a tendency to get

I see a ton of recipes that say to de-seed peppers prior to adding them into
the mix.  I've never done that - I almost always just dice the whole pepper
and scrape them into the pot.  

What's wrong with the seeds?
