Had that problem too.. especially around the tomato plants.. the cats would do
their business, then my dogs would dig up the bed looking for the "goodies"..for
some reason my dogs think cats @#$% is a tasty treat. When they were young the
like to eat their own residuals.. but my vet told me to feed them at least a
teaspoon of tomato paste a week and they would stop eating their "left overs" so
to speak. The has worked wonders but no solution for stopping them from eating
cat &*$^.
As for my garden I've gone to covering it with chicken wire to keep the cats
from using it as a litter box.
