Have tried to make my own brand of chipotles in adobo, but, am stumped as
to how long to leave it before consumption.  How long can you lot keep your
own bottles maturing ?

    I never had that problem because they were consumed within a week of making them. They are the
ultimate snack food with cream cheese and crackers....
    Seriously, they're ready as soon as they're made, honest. Just use lotsa garlic, vinegar and
brown sugar and you have a real treat.
