One of my favorite chipolte sauces is Buffalo Chipolte Mexican Hot Sauce. It
has a nice balanced flavor, with a smokey overtone. It's not too hot, but
has a nice kick. I like to use it on steak, or on top of an omelet.

No chocolate listed in the ingredients.

Unfortunately, I don't know where to get it. I first had it at a friend's
house. During a recent trip to Florida, I spotted two bottles in a hot sauce
store. Then, the next day, I saw some at Publix Supermarket. After going to
4 Publix's, I ended up with about 12 bottles.
