Wolfgang,

If you like Hab and Camembert, try gorgonzola with Applewood Smoked Habanero 
that's pure heaven especially if you toast a slice of French bread smeared 
with the Gorgonzola. 

 Note for US CH'ers:
It must be the real Italian creamy variety and not the hard tasteless stuff 
made in the US.
