[CH] Anaheim Chile Problem

Fellow CHs:
I've got a problem with a few Anaheim chilis that I'm growing @ work.
They seem to be growing well with new leaves coming out all of the time.
The problem is that the leaves are curling badly and there are black
streaks on the undersides. The black streaks seem to be following the
center vein of the leaves. The plants had little white mites or aphids
or something on them early on but that problem has been taken care of.
The problem now is only the curling and black-streaks. Any and all
assistance will be greatly appreciated.
