If you get chile juice in your eye - just flood the eye with milk,
whole, or low fat - non-ft will not work as it is the fat substance in
milk that surrounds and carries away the material that is causing the
burn.
You can also rinse your mouth with milk to cut the burn when you have
bitten in to something that has more heat than you expected.
