Gary, sounds like a great book! Hope it won't be too many years.  Being a
fledgling herb grower and user (so far for cooking mostly, not as much for
medicinal purposes), I don't write such books....
I COLLECT THEM!  Will be ready and waiting to collect one of yours as soon
as it is finished.
