Dear CHs,

Firstly, I'd like to thank everyone who responded to my plea for Peruvian
recipes. I finally feel able to take those scrummy looking ajis out of
their packets :) I understand that some of the recipes were posted
previously,
but if there is anyone (like me) who missed them first time round I'd be
happy to pass them on. My one disappointment was that I was unable to
convert Sasha's collection of recipes (sent as an attachment) to something
my wobbly machine could read. If there is any kind soul out there who has
kept it as a text file (it was posted previously apparently) then I would
be eternally grateful if they could possibly send me it.

Secondly, a while back I was bleating about sauces that claimed to have a
scotch bonnet flavour but were in fact bonnet-less as far as I could see.
Several people responded with sauce recommendations for which I am
extremely grateful, and I thought it might be a good idea to post the
results so that other Bonnet-freaks would be able to make a more informed
choice too :-)

So, in no particular order, for that Bonnet-feeling:

Righteous Ralph's Habanero Sauce
911
Walker's Wood Scotch Bonnet Sauce
Melinda's X, XX, XXX, XXXX
