Yikes
    Took my first stroll on Graeme's  page. What a great place  for those of
you that haven't gone there you should check it out. As  my daughter would say
AWESOME.
    I am interested in any thoughts people have on wines that are good
companions of spicy foods.  I am particularly fond of some  merlots. If you
have any thoughts please share them.
     I am also ammazed at the appearance of a good selection of fresh peppers
in the local grocery stores. I regularly check out the three major players in
the local market (New Hampshire) and now regularly find
habs,serranos,guajillo, jalapeno, and anchos.   The times they are a changing.
      Any thoughts on the best supplier of New Mex  green chiles fresh by
mail?
       Just tried a newly discovered product   Chipotle Garlic Jam   Great
stuff
