Dear Chile league,

Here is a question that is just barely off topic but is related to Chile
cooking so is consistent with the general theme.

How do you know when a tomatillo is ripe?  they are always green so they
don't really change color, right? and they seem to come in a variety of
sizes in the store, so how will I know when to harvest mine?
