Hi Chileheads,

I wish I had something juicy and ultra scientific to report to you
regarding my question about the vinegar, but alas, the vinegar is for a
friend who is a professional chef. I did, however, convey to him your
concerns about his blowing himself up, or burning himself. He was
appreciative of the advice.
