< [CH] 20% vinegar >> Heinz company packs a 5 grain [50%] vinegar in 4/1 gallon cases it may be for institutional food service only but I don't think so. I think I saw it in grocery stores in the Midwest around canning time. You can cut it with pure water to 20%. If you cannot find it E-mail me direct I can get it for you if necessary. FJFatino@aol.com
