[CH] DO NOT use the soap and listerine bug spray!!

Hi
I used the recipe for the bug spray that called for 1/4 cup of dish
washing detergent and 1/4 cup of listerine, diluted to 1 qt.with water,
You know what happened? All the leaves are turning yellow and dropping
off of my plants! The habs are esp. hard hit, I'm hoping that they'll
recover, but I'm not very encouraged from the appearance of my plants. I
guess if I'd stopped for a second and asked myself what listerine is
used for, I might have spared my plants from this assault. Oh well, live
and learn, after all, this is my 1st planting. But they were so pretty,
green, and had many pods hanging( sob sob)
