Here is a recipe that I used this last weekend that I think was outstanding.
I hope that someone else will enjoy it as much as I did. It had me sweating
and nose running. Beauty, eh?

Thai BBQ Sauce (greatly modified form of a recipe from a book who's title I
don't recall)

5 tbsp.	Soy sauce
1 tbsp.	Fish sauce
2 tbsp.	Lime juice
2 tbsp.	Sugar
1 tsp.	Garlic (powdered or fresh)
1 tsp.	Ginger (powdered or fresh)
2	Green onions, chopped fine
2	Habaneros, fresh, minced (or to taste)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, stirring until the sugar is completely
dissolved.

Marinate the tuna steak(s) in a glass dish with the sauce for about an hour.
I used one tuna steak and about a dozen jumbo shrimp. Then grill'em all
over a hickory and charcoal fire. This was outstanding! I don't think that
I have ever eaten better tasting fish.
