Just stem and slice whole fresh habs and drop them into a jar of unfiltered
honey, then store in fridge. The habby honey develops a wonderful little
burn and great citrus overtones. It is fantastic on vanilla ice cream or
even just your morning toast. Of course, there are the other uses... right,
