Well, it's the morning after, and we can now see counter tops in the
kitchen again! We had a great time, even got in a little game of
twister! Foods included (let's see how good my memory is):
Chipotle Salsa
Wrappers (cream cheese stuffed jalapenos in a won-ton wrapper & fried)
Spicy Brisket of beef
Curry chicken soup
Peanut noodles
Quiche (I think beef, not sure what chiles)
Pasta Salad
Corn bread
Chicken Mole
Spiced cream cheese, wrapped in a torilla and sliced
Jalapeno/Lime ice cream
Spiced nuts
7 layer dip
Red Savina Ale
Chipotle Ale
lots of commercial beer, several wines (none of which were spiced)
That's all I can think of right now, I'll let you know more later when
the hangover settles down ;-)
