I will list some of the different foods that we had at TOF-2. This is not
all we had but all I can remember.

Black Bean Papaya Salsa
Pin Wheel Wraps
Jalapeno Coated Almonds
Tobasco (Habanero) Coated Almonds
Peppery Chicken
Chile Relleno Chicken
Jalapeno Beer
Pork Ribs with Corn-and-Pepper Salsa
Quesadillas (these were especially good!)
Chicken Kabobs (with Walkers Wood Jerk Sauce)
Mexican Casserole
South of the Border Chicken Stew
Cold Chinese Noodles with Spicy Peanut Sauce
Rolled Chocolate Cake with a Vanilla Ice Cream Layer (liberally full of
habanero flakes)
THE BREAD!
Salsas....one person made the same salsa but used a different pepper
variety in each one. If I remember correctly there were at least 10
different home-grown types of peppers (jalapenos, Scotch Bonnets, etc) used
along with plain. My personal favorite was the one made from Thai peppers.
***others food that I have forgotten but left me feeling warm!

Sauces available for sampling included:

Tongues of Fire (Of course!)
Melindas XXX
Captain Sleepys
Hogs Breath Extra Hot
Hogs Breath Red
Hogs Breath Green
Jamican Hell Fire Docs Special
Jamican Hell Fire Concentrate
Capitol Punishment
Fifi's Nasty Little Secret (think that name is right)
Smokin Oranges
Kittens Big Banana
Amazon...I think that is the right name...a green sauce with Aji peppers.
Bufalo Chilpotle

****Captain Sleepy's was the favorite of the folks I spoke with.

I want to thank those who came for the fine food. Also I will restate the
warning others have given....if you wish to feel any heat from anything
else, don't eat THE BREAD early. Save it until later. Of course, if you
wish to completely anesthesize your mouth immediately...go right to the bread.
