Hi. Has anyone tried the recipe for mole negro Oaxaqueno from the mole page? The recipe calls for one bar (or to taste) of Ibarra chocolate. Is one bar one of the little triangles, or is one bar a whole circle? Any help is greatly appreciated. I hope to make the mole as soon as my chilhuacle negro chiles arrive. YUM!!!
